Civic Outreach

This committee organizes food drives. They partner with Each Stitch Counts to make and donate dish clothes and dish soaps to food pantries. Additionally, they organize the placement of wreaths on the graves of veterans who have been laid to rest at Kettle Creek Cemetery for Wreaths Across America each December and organize Operation Holiday Stocking to provide holiday treats to our servicemen and women. Food and hygiene insecurity are significant problems. We work with Each Stitch Counts and S.A.C.K to donate hand made dish cloths and soap sacks with detergent and soap to food pantries.
